* The venue and facilities are hired at  Somerset Street venue by the party parents.

* Parents are responsible for the safety of  the invited children during the party.

* A party is  for 3 hours ie 14h00 – 17h00, 10h00 – 13h00.
We need to clean & reset  between 13h00 and 14h00

* Should parents require equipment supervision  please advise reception in advance.

* Please supervise each piece of equipment for water parties, especially children under 8 years and non-swimming children.

* Cups, plates etc for adult tea as well as kiddie utensils are included in party price.

* Party parents to provide tea/coffee/milk/,sugar/serviettes/ juice etc as well as kiddie requirements.
Bring music cd .

* Cleaning up is our responsibility.
Parents will need a rest!!

* Should hot trays/knives and forks, large plates etc be required ie a meal is to be provided, an additional fee per adult will be required.

* Water runs for 2 hrs only for water parties, due to lawn damage from excessive water. Pools are full by this time.

* Any child walking counts as a child and party fee is payable.

R200 deposit required for parties with 20 plus children.

* Parties end strictly at 17h00 on Fridays and Saturdays. Charges levied on late stays.

* No sticking of items on walls or hanging balloons on lights.

* Maximum party age is 10 years.

* In summer older children can be accommodated at the swimming pool. Please discuss with us.

* High school children are not allowed on the jumping castles as they are too heavy and damage the equipment.

Please explain to brothers and sisters of party children before the party.

Party: Slip n slide plus 1 other piece of equipment:  R399 for 15 children and 15 adults

Fear Factor Slide :                                                     Additional R70

Additional children over basic 15                              R10 per child

Additional adults over basic 15                                  R10 per adult

Party Rules:

No stick sweets or round sweets or chewing gum – safety hazard with running children.

Paperless sweets are preferable.

No shoes or sharp buckles on equipment.

Slides are for sliding – no jumping or bombing please.

Follow the flow of equipment ie no jumping back from slides onto jumping castle. This will damage the equipment
and your child as well if he/she jumps on someone.

No climbing over  safety nets.

One child at a time down slides and over obstacles.

Please stop children if you see them busy with unsafe practises.

Be careful of balloons – burst pieces are a choking hazard to small children. Pick up pieces when balloons burst.
